This program aims to produce chemical engineering specialists with advanced knowledge and practical skills. Graduates will be capable of applying advanced numerical and technical skills to meet both local and global demands with innovative solutions. They are expected to integrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, using digital technologies effectively when conducting individual research and collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, graduates will demonstrate personal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, contributing to improved quality of life through ethical leadership, values, attitudes, and professionalism, all aligned with sustainable development goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Oil and Gas Engineering or related field with minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, from UiTM or other higher learning institutions recognised by the UiTM Senate;

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Oil and Gas Engineering or related field not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience in relevant field.

International Students:

  • TOEFL: 417-450 (paper-based), 107-131 (computer-based), or 35-45 (IBT)
  • IELTS: At least Band 5
  • MUET: Band 3
  • Equivalent Test: Any test meeting B1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) Applicants who do not meet the English proficiency requirements must attend a 6-month English Proficiency Class (EPC) and achieve the required scores in IELTS, TOEFL, or MUET by the end of the course.

Duration

Full-Time: Minimum 2 semesters, Maximum 8 semesters
Part-Time: Minimum 2 semesters, Maximum 8 semesters

Local Students:

Semester 1: RM 1,588
Semester 2-3: RM 1,515 per semester
Semester 4: RM 2,725

Total Estimated Fees: RM 7,343 (full-time) / RM 7,103 (part-time)



Note: Fees are subject to change, and an additional RM 210 convocation fee will be charged in the final semester.
